Advanced Solutions, Inc. (ASI) is committed to safeguarding your privacy when you provide us with personal information. We strive to treat your personal information as safely and securely as reasonably possible.

Information about our clients is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling this information to others. We may share client information with our Autodesk® partners who agree to follow appropriate client data management practices to manage your entitlements and contractual relationship with Advanced Solutions, or with your consent. We occasionally employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, sending postal mail and email, removing repetitive information from client lists, ensuring accuracy of data, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, and processing credit card payments. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from clients for commercial purposes in violation of these commitments. As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy subsidiaries or business units. In such transactions, client information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to these pre-existing commitments.
